I can't recommend this company enough. Jeff is super responsive and knowledgeable. I called him due to a palmetto issue. Instead of just treating it and moving on, he diagnosed the underlying issue of where they were entering the home- which happened to be a broken drain pipe under my kitchen sink.
It has been leaking for God knows how long, and even caused mold to get into my AC unit that supplies air to my asthmatic sons bedroom! We have been plagued by ghost ants for more than six months. Based on a recommendation from a friend, I called Jeff at Anteaters approximately one week ago. He sent a technician to our home within 2 days. The technician, BJ, treated the home with bait inside and around the outside perimeter of the house. He was very thorough and assured me that his treatment will be effective and that follow up treatments will likely be outside exclusively. Since BJ left, the ants have totally disappeared. We are very pleased.

Great company over all. We had an ant problem that escalated very quickly out of our control, They got it handled for us in a fast and efficient manner. They were great with communication and answering the dozens of ridiculous questions we had. (Mainly about what chemicals they use and how to best protect our dog and child from being exposed to them)

Jeff and his team are all kinds of amazing! They have always shown up on time and with a smile on their face. (Even when met at the door with a crying baby and a sleep deprived mom who is cover in baby spit). They are thorough and have handled any bug problem that I have encountered. I also love that they take extra precautions with my house because I had a dog and now that I have a baby. I have been a customer since 2010 when I moved from Boston to Florida and will continue to be! Jeff and his staff are prompt, reliable and professional and have been there immediately when I needed them. The best part is when I call Anteaters, no matter what time or day, Jeff picks up the phone every time. When I first moved to my home, there were German cockroaches everywhere and they are so difficult to get rid of but Jeff himself came out and educated me and set traps throughout the house. Jeff called me every week and came by to make sure they were all gone, which they were. My latest issue was my son kept hearing something in the attic above his room. I called Jeff at 7:30 pm on a Monday night and at 9:00am Tuesday Kyle was in my driveway to find the problem. I love the personal customer service you get from Anteaters but what I really love most of all is that there are no signs of any unwanted bugs or rodants! This Massachusetts girl does not like the Florida bugs and Anteaters make sure they don't live here!! I highly recommend Anteaters Pest Control!!
